When Does Probate End?

Probate ends when the estate has been settled, i.e., all net assets have been distributed to beneficiaries. You, the executor, must file a final report with the probate court advising of closing and describing the distribution of assets in accordance with the will. PCS will help you draft and file the final probate report plus all notices to beneficiaries and other interested persons.
